Police Detectives Donate Coats
to Elmont Students
Thanks to the wonderful humanitarian efforts of
members of the Nassau County Police Detectives Association more than
100 Elmont students will be toasty warm this winter when they bundle
up in their new coats.
“This year, more than ever, the help
and kindness of the detectives is so greatly appreciated,” says Norma
DeBartolo, Elmont School District’s Special Assistant for Community
Affairs. “They continue to make a difference in the lives of so many
families in the district.”
This year marks the fourth annual
coat drive sponsored by the county police detectives.
