The Town of Hempstead has already cleared the property thats located off the Elmont Road Parking Lot by the former Argo Theatre and the current Elmont Senior Citizen Center.
The plans do look beautiful and will help support the elderly that reside in the Town of Hempstead.
However, this housing development will be build right next to a currently placed cell phone tower.
